Since the purchase of her darling cows and heifers in 2009, owner of Monroe Dairy LLC, Shelli Monroe, was determined to one day bring high quality dairy products to the locals of Eastern Oregon. There are few people who care as much for the well being and comfort of their livestock as Shelli does. Every animal on the property is addressed by their first name, and tended to with the utmost respect and care. Being the owner of dairy is hard work, but when you love the animals as much as Shelli, its just another day living the dream.
